RNAO is pleased to announce the release of Request for Proposals (RFP) for Ontario health service and academic institutions interested in becoming a Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO®).

RNAO is inviting eligible organizations to collaborate with the RNAO in implementing, evaluating and sustaining multiple best practice guidelines (BPG), while sharing lessons learned and outcomes from their implementation efforts. Successful applicants will join an international BPSO community committed to advancing evidence-based practice and improving resident, patient, client and student outcomes.

Notice of Intent Deadline: Sept. 14, 2026

Full Proposal Deadline: Nov. 23, 2026

Organizations wishing to submit a full proposal must complete this Notice of Intent form by Sept. 14, 2026. Application accounts and proposal submission instructions will be provided after this deadline.
